If You are a citizen or resident of the United States (U.S.), You can purchase the Overseas Travel Medical Plan to travel anywhere outside of the U.S. If you are a U.S. citizen residing outside of the U.S., You can purchase this protection as long as you hold a current and valid U.S. passport.
If You are a foreign visitor traveling to the United States (U.S.), you can purchase the Overseas Travel Medical Plan as long as you provide the company with your current and valid passport I.D. number.
